THE RESIDENTIAL AREAS OF AMETLLA DE MAR.
Calafat: It is the urbanization located furthest north of the city at 7.3 km. It stretches over 2 km. and 500 m. from the seaside. It is right next to the Calafat circuit. There you will also find a small supermarket and bar-restaurants.
Sant Jordi D'Alfama: 5 km. from L'Ametlla de Mar is this pretty residential area that wanted to keep its "wild" side. There is only one paved road, the villas have land between 1,000 m2 for those on the sea side and 3,000 m2 for those on the mountain side, which means that we are not bothered by neighbors. For those who have a boat, Sant Jordi also has a marina, 2 restaurants and also its castle!
Las Tres Calas: residential area located 4 km. north of L'Ametlla de Mar, this is where the largest number of properties are concentrated. There is a small shopping center at the entrance to the urbanization with a supermarket, bakery, hardware store, pharmacy, hairdresser, and 3 bar-restaurants. A little higher in the urbanization there is also a social bar and the pétanque club.

Spread over only 500 m. along the coast, the fifty villas there are considered privileged.
